Sarah Pitters-Caswell
RP(Qualifying) — Integrative & Somatic therapist.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Trauma Professional, Professional Cancer Coach, and Certified Yoga Teacher. My integrative approach blends talk therapy with evidence-based somatic techniques and trauma-informed care.

With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, I continue to pursue specialized training in Somatic Experiencing™, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Integrative Sex and Couples Therapy, CBT, EFT, IFS, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to support meaningful, lasting change.

I offer a supportive and inclusive space in Toronto’s west end, Roncesvalles Village, The Junction neighbourhoods and virtually across Canada, where you can feel seen, heard, and understood as you navigate trauma, burnout, cancer-related stress, and life transitions.

My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and respect for your unique lived experience.
