I’m Sarah Pitters-Caswell, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Yoga Teacher, and mindfulness-based practitioner. My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I combine traditional psychotherapy with evidence-based mindfulness practices, breathwork, and somatic (body-based) techniques.

My professional journey has been guided by deep curiosity, compassion, and a strong commitment to holistic care. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and continuously pursue specialized training in trauma-informed care, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and somatic therapies, ensuring that I bring the latest, most effective approaches to our sessions.
