I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Trauma Professional, Professional Cancer Coach and Certified Yoga Teacher, dedicated to helping you reconnect with yourself, mind, body, and emotions. My approach blends evidence-based talk therapy and somatic therapy to create a compassionate, personalized space for you to transform.

Virtual: Available anywhere across Canada for convenience and accessibility.
Do you accept insurance or direct bill?
InteroCare does not bill insurance directly, but most private plans cover Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). Receipts for insurance submission are provided.
