Individual Therapy

Using integrative techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and somatic therapy, we'll collaboratively identify and address challenges, fostering personal growth and lasting emotional wellness.

50-Minute Session: $150 (no tax)
70-Minute Extended Session: $190 (no tax)

Couples Therapy

Family Therapy

Family therapy sessions address dynamics, enhance communication, and build resilience within the family system. Utilizing a trauma-informed, integrative approach, we guide families through transitions, conflicts, or periods of distress toward deeper understanding, compassion, and harmony.

Breathwork Therapy (Add-on Service)
Deepen relaxation, release stress, and enhance emotional healing
Breathwork therapy harnesses powerful, evidence-based breathing techniques to support emotional regulation, stress relief, and trauma resolution. No experience required—your therapist will gently guide you, ensuring comfort and alignment with your therapeutic goals.
Session Option:
20-Minute Breathwork Session: $60 (+HST, Add-on)

Sessions are available virtually, ensuring accessibility and convenience from anywhere in Ontario.
Do you accept insurance?
While InteroCare does not bill insurance directly, most private insurance plans cover Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). Please check your individual coverage, and we will gladly provide you with receipts to submit to your insurance provider.
