A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Trauma Professional, professional cancer coach, and Certified Yoga Teacher. I offer an integrative approach that combines trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and relational practices to create a deeply personal therapeutic experience. Together, we work at your pace to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and emotions, navigate trauma, major life transitions, stress, burnout or cancer-related challenges.
