In-Person Therapy in Roncesvalles Village

If you're looking for a therapist in Roncesvalles, you don't have to go far to find one. My in-person office sits right on Roncesvalles Avenue, inside The Village Healing Centre, in the heart of the neighbourhood locals call Roncy. Every Tuesday from 10 am to 8 pm, I offer somatic and talk therapy sessions here for adults, teens, and families working through burnout, trauma, and the kind of stress that settles into the body long before it shows up in words. This is west-end therapy that's genuinely close to home, not a downtown commute tacked onto an already full day.

Why Roncesvalles Clients Choose This Office

Roncesvalles Village has a rhythm to it. Tree-lined streets, a slower pace than downtown, a community that still gathers on its main strip. My office reflects that same pace. It's a warm, quiet space, the kind of room where your nervous system can actually settle before we even begin talking. Clients often tell me they feel the shift the moment they sit down.

Getting here is easy, whether you're local or coming from a neighbouring pocket of the west end.

The office is located at 240 Roncesvalles Avenue, on the second floor, just steps from the King and Queen streetcar lines that run the full length of the avenue. If you're taking transit, you can walk out of a streetcar and be in the waiting room in minutes. It's the kind of accessibility that makes it easier to actually show up for the appointment, instead of dreading the trip there.

Roncesvalles Avenue itself is a well-known landmark for anyone in the west end. The office is close to High Park, Sorauren Park, Howard Park Avenue, and the Queen and King intersection, all easy reference points if you're driving or walking in. Whether you're coming from further north near Dundas, or up from the Queensway, you're never far.

If you're driving, free parking is available on the neighbouring side streets around High Park Boulevard and Wright Avenue. Arriving by bike is just as easy, with bike parking available in the church parking lot off Roncesvalles, to the right of the main church entrance.

I also see clients here from Liberty Village, West Queen West, Parkdale, High Park, and Swansea,, all a short drive or transit ride from the office. If you live in one of these neighbourhoods and have been searching for a somatic or trauma-informed therapist closer to home than downtown Toronto, this office was built with exactly that in mind.
