50-Minute Session: $150 (no tax)
70-Minute Extended Session: $190 (no tax)

Family Therapy
Build connection, resilience, and support within your family
Family therapy offers a space to strengthen communication, navigate challenges, and support one another through difficult experiences. This may include trauma, stress, health-related challenges, or major life transitions.
At Interocare, therapy integrates trauma-informed and body-based approaches to help families build understanding, improve connection, and support each member’s well-being.
Session Options:
50-Minute Session: $200 (no tax)

Hi, I'm Sarah.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Trauma Professional, Professional Cancer Coach, and Certified Yoga Teacher. I support individuals navigating burnout, trauma, and health-related stress to reconnect with themselves—mind, body, and emotions.
My approach blends evidence-based talk therapy with body-based (somatic) work, including Somatic Experiencing®, to create a compassionate, personalized space for meaningful change.
I believe therapy should meet you exactly where you are, honouring your pace, identity, and lived experience. Together, we’ll explore ways for you to feel more grounded, resilient, and like yourself again.

Are sessions in-person or virtual?
In-person: Women’s Health Collaborative (WHC), 2806 Dundas St. W., Toronto, ON M6P 1Y5
Virtual: Available across Canada for flexibility and accessibility.
Do you accept insurance or direct bill?
Interocare does not offer direct billing. However, many extended health plans cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Receipts are provided for insurance submission.
