Teen Therapy in Toronto
Being a teen today can feel overwhelming. Between school, social pressures, family expectations, and constant stimulation, it’s common to feel stressed, anxious, or unsure of how to cope.
Teen therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and build tools to navigate emotions and stress. At Interocare, sessions integrate talk therapy with body-based approaches, including Somatic Experiencing®, to support the nervous system and help teens feel more grounded and like themselves again. Sessions are available in-person in Toronto’s West End and online across Canada.
