When stress becomes chronic, even everyday life can start to feel overwhelming. At Interocare, I offer burnout therapy in Toronto and online across Canada for adults, teens, and families navigating exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, and the lasting impact of stress.

Burnout can affect your body, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. You may feel depleted, disconnected, irritable, anxious, numb, or like you’re constantly pushing through with nothing left to give. Therapy can help you slow down, make sense of what your system has been carrying, and begin rebuilding in a way that feels sustainable.

    Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and like yourself again.

  • Individual sessions: $150–$190

    Couples sessions: $200–$270

    Family sessions: $200–$270

    HST is not applied to registered psychotherapy sessions. Receipts are provided for insurance submission where applicable.
