Burnout Therapy in Toronto
Burnout can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself. Even when you’re managing day-to-day life, it can feel like something isn’t quite right.
Therapy for burnout offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to feel more grounded and like yourself again. Using a combination of talk therapy and body-based approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, sessions are tailored to support your nervous system and your unique experience.
Location & Availability
In-person therapy sessions are offered in Toronto’s West End, in the Junction neighbourhood, with additional locations coming soon. Virtual sessions are also available across Canada.

Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and like yourself again.

Couples sessions: $200–$270
Family sessions: $200–$270
HST is not applied to registered psychotherapy sessions. Receipts are provided for insurance submission where applicable.
