Trauma Therapy in Toronto
Trauma can affect how you feel, think, and move through the world—even long after the experience has passed. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change.
Trauma therapy offers a safe, supportive space to gently process what you’ve been through and begin to feel more grounded and like yourself again. Using a combination of talk therapy and body-based approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, sessions are tailored to support your nervous system and your pace.
