Location: 2806 Dundas St. W., Toronto, Ontario.

Open Wednesdays from 4 pm to 8:30 pm.

    Modalities may include somatic therapy, trauma-informed psychotherapy, relational and attachment-based approaches, and integrative talk therapy.

  • In-person sessions offer the opportunity to slow down, notice subtle body cues, and work with your nervous system in real time. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs, focusing on building trust, supporting regulation, and fostering lasting change.

    • Individual sessions: $150–$190

    • Couples sessions: $200–$270

    • Family sessions: $200–$270

    HST is not applied to registered psychotherapy sessions. Receipts are provided for insurance submission where applicable.
